How to order

To be able to shop, you need a client account. If this is your first order, you need to create a new account by clicking on the Sign In button. If you already have a client account, you must sign in with your chosen email and password.

You can order from the online store INGLOT by following these steps:

Search for the desired product in the special search field or in the product categories.

Choose the desired product, select the color or texture and add it to the cart by pressing the Add to Cart button. You can add products in different categories. The shopping cart can be accessed at any time by clicking the button at the top of the screen.

After adding the desired products to your shopping cart, you can continue shopping or click the Shopping Cart button then Check Out to select the billing and delivery details. At the Check Out, you will be able to delete the products you are in doubt, or you can continue order completion by going to the next steps. Now click the Check Out button.

Order is completed in 5 steps:

STEP 1 SUMMARY - here you can view, change quantity or delete products. In this example we will delete one product.order summary

STEP 2 SIGN IN - if you already signed in to your account this step is skipped.  Else you will need to enter your login and password.

STEP 3 ADDRESS - usually you don't need to change anything here. Just check if the address you entered then you made you account is correct.

But in some cases, by example if you want to make a gift, there is a possibility to add another delivery address. In this case the billing address will be your main address and the delivery address will be the address of person you wish to make the gift.

STEP 4 SHIPPING - choose the shipping option for Chisinau or outside of Chisinau (Moldova).

Your order will be delivered via the courier service of Curier Rapid.

Rates and delivery times

Cost and delivery time depend on several factors:

  • The total sum of products. If it exceed a certain limit the delivery is free
  • The place where the recipient is located (Chisinau or other localities in Moldova)
  • Express delivery or regular delivery
  • Package weight / size. For a wight of more than 2kg, 5kg, 10kg, 20 kg and additional fee will be charged (maximum weight is 30 kg.)

Delivery time depends on the destination area. On average, delivery time lasts from 2 to 5 business days (depending on how far the recipient is located).

Delivery rules and limits 

All orders are shipped on weekdays from Monday to Friday except for official rest days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are processed on Monday.
All orders must be confirmed. Only verified and paid orders are processed.
The cost of delivery will be calculated automatically when you complete the order and is mentioned separately when selecting the desired delivery method.

STEP 5 PAYMENT - here you can see again all the products and the updated price, in case you made changes in previous steps. Now select payment method.

You can pay by credit card via a bank transaction or pay with cash to courier on order delivery.

If you selected to pay by credit card, you will be redirected to the bank's page where you will be able to finish the payment. Carefully fill in the form there. Take care there is a time limit of about 30 min. for this process.

After you hit the Pay button if the payment is successful you will be redirected back to our site where you will see a brief info about your purchase. Also an email with details about your purchase will be sent to you.

Payment details

Payment via the Internet is made in accordance with the rules of the international payment systems Visa, MasterCard on the principles of privacy and payment security, and uses advanced control, encryption and transfer methods. Bank card details are entered on the secured payment page of the bank through which the payment is made. On the page where credit card details are entered, it is necessary to enter the card number, card holder name, card expiration date, three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All necessary data is printed on the card. The three-digit security code can be found at the back of the card.

Cases of payment denial:

  • If the credit card is not designed to make payments over the Internet. You can find out by contacting your bank.
  • There is not enough money to pay using your card. You can find more information about the availability of card funds by contacting the bank that issued this card.
  • Credit card details have been entered incorrectly.
  • Your credit card has expired. The card validity period is usually indicated on the front of the card (this is the month and year until the card is valid). You can learn more about the card's validity period by contacting the bank that issued the card.

Your personal information (name, address, phone number, email, bank card number) is confidential and can not be disclosed. Your credit card details are only submitted in encrypted form and are not stored on our web server.

Cash on delivery payment

If you selected Cash on delivery payment, you will be redirected to the following page, where you will need to confirm that you agree to pay the order with cash to the courier, on order delivery.
